Hazel Mae (Welter) DeGraff, 93, of Countryside Nursing Home in Mishawaka, Ind., died at noon on Friday, Dec. 26. She was born on May 2, 1904, in Mishawaka, to Ida Mae (Bonney) and Ernest Welter.
She is survived by three daughters, Juanita Hunt of Osceola, Ind., Phyllis Dobos of Goshen, Ind., and Ida Gwilt of Mishawaka; a son, Thomas A. DeGraff of Mishawaka; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and by 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Frank and Ernest B. DeGraff. Mrs. DeGraff was a homemaker.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, where the services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday. The Reverend Randy Knicks will officiate. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
