SOUTH BEND - Cervin, Germaine E. 85, passed away on Friday in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (John) Cervin-Wagner. Visitation will be from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on Monday, February 8, in Queen of Peace Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:30. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 1827 E. Ireland Road, is assisting the family. Cremation will take place with burial at Southlawn Cemetery at a later date. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.

SOUTH BEND - Germaine E. Cervin, 85, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2010 in St. Joseph regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, IN. Germaine was born on May 30, 1924 in Detroit, MI to the late Wilbur and Elizabeth (Morris) Carlson. On November 7, 1959 she married Earl Cervin, he passed away in 2005. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Lillian Jankowski. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (John) Cervin-Wagner of South Bend. Germaine enjoyed volunteering at the Sister Maura Brannick Health Center. She enjoyed golfing, dancing and traveling. She also loved children. She was very active in her church, St. Richards Catholic Church, in the Detroit area. Visitation was held from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on Monday, February 8, 2010 in Queen of Peace Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 2:30. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 1827 E. Ireland Rd., assisted the family. Cremation will take place with burial in Southlawn Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to donor's choice. For those who were unable to attend the Funeral Mass, condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net
