Sarah Frances Canarecci, 80, of West 10th Street, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 9:35 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 27, in St. Joseph Com-munity Hos-pital, Misha-waka.
Mrs. Cana-recci was born on June 11, 1918, in Falk-ville, Ala., to Milton and Mary (Lowry) Parker, who have both preceded her in death.
Mrs. Canarecci was employed at Uniroyal in Mishawaka for 25 years, retiring in 1968.
On Nov. 24, 1967, in Mishawaka, as Sarah Frances Robinson, she married Frank Canarecci, Sr., who survives.
She is also survived by four sons, John G. (Sue) Parker of South Bend, Thomas (Kathy) Clark of Kentucky, Frank Canarecci, Jr., and John (Amy) Canarecci, both of Mishawaka; three daughters, Susan K. Robinson of Dowagiac, Mich., and Carol (Bill) Hangedorn and Judi (Dean) Benjamin, both of Mishawaka; and by 27 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 31, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 West 8th Street, Mishawaka. Officiating will be Rev. James Shafer. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
Friends may call from 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at the Hahn Funeral Home.
