SOUTH BEND - Robert H. ''Tillie'' Burke, 87, of South Eddy Street and Diamond Lake, Cassopolis, died at 9:17 a.m. Sunday in his home in Cassopolis. Mr. Burke retired from W.H. Burke Plumbing & Heating Co. after 50 years of service. He was born Dec. 11, 1907, in South Bend. On Aug. 22, 1970, in Joliet, Ill., he married Geraldine Toepp. She died March 16, 1994. He is survived by two sisters, Ruth Burke Miholick and Betty B. Schafer, both of South Bend; five nieces; and three nephews. He was a veteran of World War II, a member of South Bend Elks, Diamond Lake Yacht Club and Dowagiac Elks Country Club, and past member of Morris Park Country Club.
