Ross A. Biggs, 72, of 1138 Cleveland Ave., died at 7 a.m. today in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Steinke, 1138 Cleveland Ave., where he had make his home.  He was a retired employee of the Studebaker Corp.  Born in Kosciusko County, on Nov. 7, 1890, his wife, Helen, died in 1954.  Besides his daughter, he is survived by five sons, Fred, Ross Jr., Thomas E. and Patrick, all of South Bend, and Donald, of Omaha, Neb.; a brother, Lloyd, Mishawaka, and a sister, Mrs. Helen Snyder, of South Bend.  Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday in the Hickey Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Ross A. Biggs, 72, of 1138 Cleveland Ave., who died Friday, will be at 9 a.m. Monday in Holy Cross Catholic Church, Rev. Walter Higgins, C.S.C., pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.  The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m., Sunday in the Hickey Funeral Home by members of the Holy Name Society at St. Joseph’s Church.
