MISHAWAKA – Louise E. Bezi, 44,
of 1317 Dodge Avenue, died about 5 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph
Medical Center, South Bend, after a sudden illness. She was born
May 3, 1940 in Lakeville and remained a lifetime area resident.
She was employed with Kelly Girl Services.
As Louise Martino, she was married in
St. Bavo’s Catholic Church on Oct. 19, 1968, to Frank V.
Bezi, and he survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Sherry
Louise and Stacie, both at home; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Mike
Martino of Lakeville; three sisters; Josephine LeClercq of
Lakeville, Mary Blacharski of Mishawaka and Martha Hochstetler
of Bremen; and a brother Andy Martino of Racine, Wis.
Services will be at 5 p.m. Saturday in St.
Bavo’s Catholic Church and burial will be in Fairview
Cemetery. Friends may call in Hahn’s DeVos Funeral Home from
7 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday. A wake
service is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial
contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
