SOUTH BEND - Combined services for Donna
Berger, 60, and Earl O. Berger, 64, of 407 Lincoln Way W., will
be at 1 p.m. Friday in Clark's Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in
Crumstown Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in
the funeral home.
Mrs. Berger died at 5:05 p.m. Saturday in
Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, following an auto accident on
U.S. 31, near Peru, Ind. She was born Jan. 14, 1936, in South
Bend. As Donna Gerschoffer, she married Earl Berger. He
died Tuesday in Methodist Hospital from his injuries. She is
survived two daughters, Linda Turney of South Bend and Debra Neff
of Denver, Ind.; a son, Edward M. Neff of South Bend; six
grandchildren; her mother, Mary Ogle of South Bend; two
sisters, Kathy Leverage of Culverton, Ind., and Gizella Paradic
of South Bend; and two brothers, Alex Gerschoffer and John
Gerschoffer, both of South Bend. She was a member of the
Salvation Army.
