Betty B. Belch. 78, of Regency Place, died Thursday in Regency. Survivors include two daughters Janet Scott of Bremen and Sandra Blech of Chicago; and a sister, Gene Martin of South Bend. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Welcheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., where friends may call an hour before services.
