Carl B. Beitzinger
SOUTH BEND - Carl B. Beitzinger, 45,
of Oakmont Central Drive, died Sunday, January 28, in his home.
He was born June 7, 1961, in Washington, D.C., to Professor
Alfons and Rosalind (Hutchins) Beitzinger. He is survived
by his father; a brother, Michael (Jane) of Granger; an aunt;
sister, Anne Beitzinger; uncles, Larry Beitzinger and Rev. George
Beitzinger; nieces, Nicole and Alyssa; nephew, Brian; and
cousins, Christine (Bink) O'Leary, Jane O'Leary and Sherry
Reisinger.
Carl was a St. Joseph High School class of 1979 and a 1983
University of Notre Dame graduate.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 6,
in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart on the Notre Dame campus.
Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from
4 to 8 p.m. Monday in the HICKEY Funeral Homes, 17131 Cleveland
Road, South Bend, IN 46635. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's
