NORTH LIBERTY - Bernard P. Arnsbarger, 76, of 205 E. Maple St., died at 12:30 a.m. today in Bremen Healthcare Center after an illness. Mr. Arnsbarger retired in 1983 from Inland Distributing Co., South Bend, as a foreman and had formerly worked as a truck driver for Great Lakes Distributing, South Bend.

He was born Aug. 26, 1919, in Cadillac, Mich., and lived in North Liberty most of his life. On Sept. 26, 1942, in North Liberty, he married Ina Mae Shupert. She survives with a son, Kent J. of North Liberty; two grandsons; and a sister, Marjorie J. Robinson of Fish Lake.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in A.M. Manuel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and after 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to North Liberty United Methodist Church
