Edward J. Andrzejewski, Sr

September 14, 1903 – October 27, 1995

MISHAWAKA – Edward John Andrzejewski, Sr., 92, of East LaSalle Avenue, formerly of South Main Street, died at 8:35pm Friday in Meridian Nursing Center-Cardinal, South bend.  Mr. Andrzejewski retired in 1963 from Studebaker Corp, as an assembler after 38 years of service.  He retired in 1977 from Morris Inn after 13 years.

He was born September 17, 1903, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.  On September 23, 1926, in South Bend, he married Catherine Przybylinski.  She died October 29, 1984.

Surviving are three sons, Edward J and Richard E, both of Mishawaka, and Donald J of South Bend; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; a sister, Martha DeRaeve of Mishawaka; and a brother, Bert of South bend.  A granddaughter, Judith Lynne Andrzejewski, died June 21, 1979.  He was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church and Kosciusko Club.

Services will be at 10am Tuesday in the church.  Burial will be in St Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.

Friends may call form 4 to 89pm Monday in Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E Jefferson Blvd, South bend, where a rosary will be said at 7pm.  Memorial contributions may be made to St Vincent DePaul.
