The sample at left is a table style survey map.  This cemetery contains six rows of six graves each.  Notice that the second grave in the third row is empty.  The last  grave in the last two rows are also empty.  A survey map of this type is quick and easy to create and work with.  Don't rush it though, work carefully and accuratly.  This table works very well as a spreadsheet.  You could even link the individual cells to survey sheets entered in other spreadsheets.  Make sure you indicate the orientation of the cemetery.
