The top incorporates a fully adjustable vise; top can be removed and clamped to a workbench to serve as a waist-height vice.

Includes a huge storage area and removable storage tray.  Serves as a stool.  Vice handles fold up, out of the way.  Can be padlocked to secure the contents.  Handle extends for easy pulling on heavy-duty wheels.
