1942; the newspaper was attempting to identify those individuals in the
photograph. Dana Schroeder provided the following information concerning this photograph: "My picture has
all the names written on the back. Here goes: Back Row, Left to Right - Theodore Johnston, Bill Bowman, Gust Sheets (Barber in Valpo), Roy Miskimins, Ed Kaub-plug hat, Abner Sanders. Middle Row - Verne Miskimins, Williard Herring, Charles Lindall. Front Row - W.S. Lindall, William Jacobson It also says at the bottom 'Late 1890s.' This is all handwritten in ink, so it's legit."
