1 Laura A. Francis, wife of J.C. 21 yrs. old Aug. 11, 1848Contributed by Lori Kime Lima twp., N. Side of 700N, E. of 250 E. This cemetery was destroyed in the construction of the Toll Road. Dirt was removed from the cemetery site. One stone was saved, that of Micajah Harding Jr. & his wife Lydia. This stone was erected on the Donald Dilts property (Private) on the banks of a stream near the cemetery site. Following taken from records... 1 George E. Chapman, son of M.S. & E.E. 1848 1848 2 Moses S. Chapman 1813 1854 3 Micajah Harding Jr. 41yrs. July 23, 1854 Lydia Harding, wife of Micajah Jr. 65yrs. Jan. 8, 1880 4 Micajah Harding Sr. 1761 1849 A Revolutionary Soldier. Served as Captain of the 4th Company in the 2nd Regiment, of the Luzerne Brigade, of the Militia, of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1793 - August 17 Governor of Penn. for a term of 7 yrs. He was 68 yrs. old when he moved to this area. His wife Betsey may have died in Wayne County, New York. Father of 5 children. Micajah Jr., Daniel, Jesse, Sallie, & Lucy.
