Oh! For the touch of a hand that is vanished and the sound of a voice that is still; as we stand by the lifeless form of one who but a short time ago moved in our midst, we are brought nearer to the reality of the truth that in life we are in the midst of death. Also of the Master's words when he said, "In an hour when ye think not, the Son of Man cometh."

Katherine, daughter of Michael and Hanner Kimmel was born May 28, 1875 and departed this life March 4, 1935, at the age of 59 years, 9 months, and 6 days.

Her entire life has been spent in Liberty Township very near the birthplace. On July 12, 1894, she was united in marriage with Isaac E. Covalt To this union were born five children; Floyd, Norman, Lucyle, Ruth, and one having died in infancy.

We shall always remember her as an excellent and obliging neighbor ever ready to help in time of need. In her passing she leaves to mourn their loss, the husband; the four children; one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Norman Covalt; one grandson, Raymond Covalt and one brother, Joseph Kimmel. Beides these are left many other relatives and friends.

We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our relatives, frineds and neighbors for the kindness and sympathy shown at the sudden death of our wife and mother; also for the many beautiful flowers. I. E. Covalt and Family.
