Fortville, Dec. 26. Daniel P. Lacy, a native of Hamilton County
died suddenly early Christmas Day at his home in the Linwood Addition just north
of Anderson following a heart attack. The body was brought here to the George
McCarty funeral homeand will be returned to the home where funeral services will
be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday. Burial will be held in the Gravel Lawn Cemetery here.
Surviving are the widow Martha and six children, Paul and Mrs Ellen Bland, both
of Fortville, Howard of Indiananpolis, Guy of Fort Worth Texas, Margaret Harvey
and Alfred both of Terre Haute, 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He
had resided in Terre Haute until a year ago.
Daniel Parker Lacy was the son Francis Marion and Melissa (Bainter) Lacy. He married Martha Jackson.
