(The Death Certificate of their son, Samuel Adam Caroline's surname is KAYLOR and shows her born in West Virginia.) She was born abt. 1820 in Virginia.(according to Census) They had at least 13 children which I have been attempting to track.

E) Della born abt. Feb 1872 Lancaster, Schuyler Co. Mo. died abt. Dec. 14, 1949 Seattle, Washington - Married Hugh McLEAN ( 1862-1918 ) possibly in Darby, Ravailli County, Montana abt 1891. Then married Hugh McBLAIN in Ravalli Co. Montana abt. 1920.
3) George W. STEELE born abt 1840 & died 1898 in Illinois mostly likely Pike Co. IL since they lived in Perry Township and Griggsville, Pike Co IL for years. George married Catherine R. MULL Sept 4, 1859 in Pike Co. IL. Catherine was born abt. April 1842 in New Jersey and was a daughter of Jacob & Fanny MULL. Catherine and her children moved to Chicago, Cook County, Illinois after the death of her husband. Known children:
A) George L. born abt Oct. 1859 pike Co. IL. died between 1900-1910 mostly likely Independence City, St. Louis County, Missouri. Married Isabell (aka: Saville I.; Seville I.; Nellie) SKINNER on Jan. 30, 1887 in Pike Co IL.
B) Elmer Ellsworth born abt. Oct. 1866 in Pike Co. IL. and died March 3, 1943 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Elmer married Lydia M. WILLIAMS on Dec 28, 1891 in Pike Co. IL. Lydia was believed born abt 1866 IL. and died 1943 in Chicago.
C) Lincoln born March 1866 in Pike County, IL. He never married. Last known living with his mother and sister in Chicago, IL. 1910.
D) Fred born abt.1867 in Pike Co. IL. and may have died 1910 in Chicago, IL
E) Edward died has an infant buried Wilson-McCord Cemetery Perry, Pike Co. IL.
F) Venie O. born abt 1878 in Pike Co. IL. and died in Chicago, IL Sept. 19, 1945. She never married.
G) Jesse J. (aka: Jesse O.) born abt. 1878 in Pike County IL. Lived in Chicago, IL. and could have married Lulu J. ___ and Emily J. ___. May have had a daughter Elizabeth V. born abt 1903.
H) Frank born abt. 1881 in Illinois. Lived Chicago, IL. May have married Edith M. ___. born abt. 1883 in Iowa and had a son William born abt. 1911.
