JOHN WEAVER
John Weaver, 79, a machine operator at the Defiance Screw Machine Products Co. until three years ago, died today at 12:45 p.m. in Defiance City Hospital, where he had been a patient since Jan. 2.
The body is at the Smith Bros.-Rupp funeral home where services were to be arranged later.
Mr. Weaver leaves two sons, L. R. Weaver, 621 Summit St. and Floyd Weaver, 834 Washington Ave.; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers, Bert Weaver, Freeport, Ill., and Elmer Weaver, Polo, Ill.; and two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Duffey, Polo,Ill. and Mrs. Ed Hayes, Oregon, Ill.
Mr. Weaver was born July 30, 1874 in Polo, and had lived in Defiance since 1914. His wife passed away in 1951.
