Arthur McGee, 79, lifelong resident of Illiopolis, died at 10 p.m. Friday at his home northeast of Illiopolis.
Mr. McGee, a son of Thomas and Catherine McGee, was a member of the Church of the Visitation at Illiopolis.Surviving are two sisters, Misses Hannah and Mary McGee, both of Illiopolis; three brothers, Andrew of Springfield, and Henry and Thomas, both of Illiopolis.
Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Monday at the Church of the Visitation in Illiopolis with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Pritchett funeral home was in charge.
