OBITUARY

Mary Jane Bull, daughter of Madison and Eliza Jane Bull, was born Nov. 24, 1863 and died Oct. 8th, 1932, at the age of 68 years, 10 months and 12 days at St. Francis hospital, Litchfield, Illinois, following an illness of some length.

On December 1st, 1881, she was united in marriage to Oliver P. Storey. Three children, Mrs. Josie Shawen, of Jacksonville, Ill., Wiley O., of Greenville, Miss., and Curtis of Clinton, Ia. were born to this union.

They with six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren survive her. Also four brothers and one sister live to mourn her passing - James Bull, of Scottville, George Bull, of Nortonville, Hout Bull of Beardstown, Jacob Bull of Springfield and Mrs. Cora Henderson of Jacksonville, Ill.

Her parents, four sisters and three brothers having preceded her in death.

She possessed a pleasing personality and strong, sterling character. These qualities made of her a faithful wife, a most devoted mother and sincere friends. Her constant thought was for others with never a complaint of her own suffering.

Funeral services wre held at the home at 10 o'clock Saturday morning in the presence of a large circle of neighbors and friends, after which the funeral possession moved to Youngblood Baptist church at Nortonville, where Rev. Crossman conducted the funeral services.

Select songs were sung by the church choir, "Sweet Hour of Prayer" and the "Old Rugged Cross". Many beautiful flowers were cared for by Mrs. Richard Goveia, Mrs. Mary Swepy, Mrs. Sarah Shore, Mrs. J. B. Turner.

The pall bearers were Richard Goveia, Henry Boden, Leslie Sharpe, Ben Sharpe, Henry Doll, Robert Eddington, all of Litchfield.
