Kleda M. Kelly, 97, dies in New Mexico
Mrs. Kleda Marie Kelly, 97, a longtime resident of the Manchester area, died Thursday evening, Oct. 23, in Albuquerque, N.M. She made her home at the Good Shepherd Manor Nursing Home in Albuquerque.
She was born Jan. 26, 1889, in Huntingburg, Ind., a daughter of George and Anna Rust Westhyderman. She married Curtis Kelly Feb. 26, 1905, and he preceded her Dec. 2, 1961.
Four grandchildren survive: William Kelly of Ventura, Calif., Paul Kelly of Atlanta, Ga., Donna Carins of Albuquerque, N.M. and Sharon Middendorf of Jacksonville, 12 great-grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren. She was preceded by three brothers and two sons, Norman and Orval Kelly.
She was a member of the Manchester Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Youngblood Baptist Church Cemetery at Nortonville. The family will meet friends at the church one hour prior to services. Cody and Son Memorial Home are in charge of arrangements.
