Cleveland Edwards

Cleveland Ezekial Edwards died Wednesday, April 22, at 4:30 p.m., at the home of his son, Maynard Edwards, four miles southwest of Waverly, farming was the occupation of his lifetime.

He was born Mach 13, 1885, in Macoupin county, the son of Samuel and Mary McLamar Edwards.

He was preceded in death by his wife and two daughters.

Surviving are his son, Maynard; two grandchildren; and two brothers, John of Carlinville and Henry of Loami.

Funeral services will be held at the Youngblood Baptist church at Nortonville Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock.

Burial will be in Youngblood cemetery.
