BRITENSTINE, WILLIAM R.

T/Sgt William R. Britenstine

The body of T/Sgt. William R. Britenstine, who died of wounds received in action in April, 1944, in Italy, arrived at the Neece Funeral Home in Waverly Thursday evening. Military graveside services will be held at Youngblood cemetery near Nortonville, Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Standard time. The Franklin Post of the American Legion will be in charge.

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Carrie Miner, of Franklin; three brothers, Floyd Britenstine of Skokie, Arthur Britenstine of Franklin and Edgar Britenstine with the U. S. Army in Germany; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Mansfield of Modesto, and Mrs. Jessie Tosh of Waverly.

The body will remain at the funeral home until time for the services Saturday.
