DENNIS, MARY JANE ESTELL

Mrs. Mary Jane Estell Dennis, widow of William Thomas Dennis, of Kalamazoo, Mich., died Sunday, May 1, at a hospital in Kalamazoo. Mrs. Dennis was the sister-in-law of Mrs. Edythe Stone, of Waverly.

Deceased was born September 14, 1881, at Medicine Lodge, Kansas, the daughter of William John and Hannah Jane Collins Estell.

She was married to William Thomas Dennis Dennis, formerly of Waverly, and he preceded her in death June 6, 1958. Others preceding her in death were her parents, one brother and three sisters.

Surviving are two sons, William of Kalamazoo, and Alfred of Chicago; three granddaughters, two great granddaughters, two nieces, two nephews, and two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Edythe Stone of Waverly and Sara Estell of East St. Louis.

The remains were brought to the Neece Funeral Home in this city, where funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock, with Rev. Howard Fisher, pastor of the Methodist church officiating.

Organ selections were played during the service by Mrs. Gordon Hankins.

The pall bearers were Herman A. Brown, Roy Brown, Herman Duewer, Floyd Schramm, Lowell Schramm and Burdett Manning.

Burial was in East Cemetery.
