PROBASCO, IONIA ANTLE

Probasco.

Mrs. Ionia Probasco, a resident of the Pisgah neighborhood, passed away at Our Saviour's Hospital, Jacksonville, Illinois, Friday, July 25th, at 2:00 o'clock, at the age of 50 years, 10 months and 5 days.

Ionia Probasco was the daughter of Henry and Dicey Antle. She was united in marriage to Jacob Probasco on January 17, 1902. To this union 4 children were born. She leaves to mourn her loss besides her husband, two sons and two daughters, namely, John Probasco, Thelma Gardner of Jacksonville, Illinois, Glenn and Dicey at home; also one grandson, Harold Gardner, one sister, Mary Probasco and two brothers Thomas and Albert Antle.

Her willingness to help others and her neighborliness caused her to be identified with the life of her home community in such a way that her death will be deep personal loss to many.

Funeral services were held at Sulphur church near Pisgah Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. J. E. Curry of this city and Rev. Mr. Riley of Pleasant Plains officiating.

A quartet consisting of Leonard Wood, Carl Logonbaugh, Otto Wood and Garfield Rodgers sang "Nearer My God to Thee" and "No Night There."

The pall bearers were Gus Kilver, Charles Witham, William Witham, William Cox, Ross Cox and George Bradford.
