HART, MALINDA ELNORA BELSHER

HART

Malinda Elnora Belsher Hart was born August 31, 1837, and died Monday, April 7, 1924, at the age of 86 years, 9 months and 6 days.

She was united in marriage to William Jackson Hart, who preceded her in death fourteen years ago. To this union were born ten children, four of them preceding their mother in death. Those who survive are; Mrs. Alice Hart of Santa Ana, Calif.; Mrs. Luther Green of Wood River; Louis Hart of Rosebud Creek, Canada; Mrs. Mat Jackson and Bert Hart of Waverly, and Mrs. Nora Lamki of Washington; also forty grandchildren, forty-four great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, besides other relatives and friends, who mourn the loss of a faithful mother and a true friend.

While her suffering was intense, she bore it with patience and said she was ready to go. She united with the Baptist church at Hartland, and although she could not attend church regularly, she spoke of the good that the Lord had done for her.

Funeral services were held at the Prospect church, Wednesday, April 9th, at 10 o'clock a.m., conducted by Rev. J. E. Curry. Music was furnished by Mrs. W. A. Barrow and Mrs. J. H. Shutt. Interment was in Old Hartland cemetery.
