Former Sinclair Resident Dies In Kansas City
Mrs. Mildred Devine Stogsdill, a former Morgan county resident, died at 4:30 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph�s hospital at Kansas City, Mo.
She was born in the Sinclair community Feb. 20, 1907, daughter of Frank and Dollie Coker Devine. Her father and one brother, Harry Devine, preceded her in death.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Dollie Devine, 339 East Douglas avenue; two aunts, Mrs. Maude Coker, Jacksonville, and Mrs. Ella Kinney, North Dakota. There are several cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Bartholomew�s Catholic church in Murrayville, with Rev. Father D.F. Lydon officiating. Burial will be made in Calvary cemetery, Jacksonville.
The family will meet friends at the Gilliam Funeral Home in this city from 7 to 9 o�clock this evening.
