REXROAT, HARRIETTE SIX LEONARD

Tucson, Ariz. - Harriette Rexroat, 91, of Tucson, Ariz., and formerly of Jacksonville, died Monday evening, Nov 25, 1996, in Tucson.

She was born Dec. 14, 1904, in Merritt, the daughter of Fred B. and Edith Ferguson Six. She married E. C. Leonard in June of 1924 in Jacksonville and he preceded her in death in 1945. She later married Frankl L. Rexroat in December of 1946 and he preceded her in death April 27, 1966.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. William (Anna Lee) Schafer of Tucson, Aroz., and Ruth Frances Leonard of Chicago; two sons, John E. "Jack" (wife, Audrey) Leonard of Jacksonville and Fred Leonard of Davenport, Iowa; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded by one brother in infancy.

Mrs. Rexroat continued to operate her husband's business, Leonard and Six Plumbing and Heating, after his death in 1945. She was a member of the Church of Our Saviour and the Alter Society.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Our Saviour with burial at Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call after noon Friday at the Williamson Funeral Home, where family will meet friends following a 6 p.m. prayer service until 8 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the Church of Our Saviour or the Alzheimers Foundation.
