Gus W. Crawford.

Waverly, June 2 - Gus W. Crawford of Modesto, died Saturday morning in a Jacksonville hospital where he had been a patient the last month.

Mr. Crawford was born April 20, 1881, at Scottville, a son of Sargent and Mary Jane Wilkinson Crawford. He is survived by his wife, the former Stella Turner; a daughter, Mrs. Almeda Smith of Chatham; two sons, Elmer Lindel, of Loami and Stanley M., Modesto; a brother, Elmer, of Franklin and six grandchildren.

The body was removed to the Neece Funeral Home in Waverly where services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Bull cemetery southwest of Waverly.
