Mrs. Edgar Chaudoin

Mrs. Avis Crawford, Chaudoin, wife of Edgar Chaudoin, of Waverly, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, at 3:00 a.m., at Passavant hospital, Jacksonville, following an illness of two years. She was 60 years of age.

Mrs. Chaudoin was born June 11, 1896, a daughter of Aaron W., and Ella Hart Crawford. She was a member of the Hartland Baptist church.

She is survived by her husband, Edgar; two sons, Milton of Jonesboro, and Lt. Dale Chaudoin, who is stationed in Maryland; one daughter, Mrs. Charles Pate, Waverly; eleven grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Estelle Seymour of Pasadena, Calif.; Mrs. Earl Hayes of Franklin, Mrs. W. B. Baker of Alexander and Miss Irene Crawford of Jacksonville; one brother, Raleigh Crawford, of New Berlin; and her stepmother, Mrs. Morna Crawford, of Jacksonville.

Funeral services were held at the Neece Funeral home in Franklin on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock.

Burial was in Bull cemetery, south of Franklin.
