BRIDGES, INA L. (CLEVENGER)

Ina L. Bridges, 51, of Waverly died 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

She was born July 1, 1937, in Palmyra, the daughter of Truman and Lorraine Parrott Clevenger. She married Bruce Bridges, and he survives.

She is also survived by her mother and stepfather, John Tipton, of Joliet; three daughters, Marrian Herrin of Palmyra, Sandy Keith of Jacksonville and Kandy Schrier of Waverly; four sons, Rick Herrin of Palmyra, Saul Sampson of Franklin, Tim Bridges, also of Franklin; and Troy Sampson of Waverly; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Patty Reynolds of Joliet and Doris Clevenger of California; and a brother, Matthew Tipton of Joliet.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Stults-Neece Funeral Home in Palmyra. Burial will be in Bull Cemetery in Hartland, near Franklin. Memorials are suggested to the rescue squad.
