Veteran of Civil War Buried At Murrayville

Frank Horton whose home was in Murrayville, died Thursday in the soldier's home in Quincy. He was 70 years of age. His army service covered a period of three years in the civil war. His wife had been dead for several years. He is survived by a daughter residing in Edgewater, Colo., and a brother, living near Beardstown. The remains were brought to Murrayville Saturday and the funeral service held at 11 o'clock and the interment made in Bethel cemetery. The service was in charge of the Rev. C. S. McCollom.
