GRAHAM, FRANK

Obituary - Petersburg (Illinois) Observer - 16 October 1970

FRANK GRAHAM DEAD AT 82

Frank Graham of Fancy Prairie died at 8:35 p.m. Saturday, October 10 at Abraham Lincoln Hospital at Lincoln at the age of 82.

Mr. Graham was born February 27, 1888 at Fancy Prairie, the son of John C. and Margaret Goodpasture Graham. He was married to Mary Primm on March 31, 1920.

Surviving are his wife, Mary; one son, Frank, of Urbana; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 13 at the Mott and Henning Funeral Home at Athens. Rev. Max. E. Burley of the Elkhart Methodist Church officiated, and burial was in Indian Point Cemetery near Athens.


METEER, ADDIE JOHNSON

Obituary - Petersburg (Illinois) Observer - 3 May 1973

Mrs. Meteer dead at 87

Addie Meteer of rural Athens died at 5:45 a.m. Sunday, April 29 in Memorial Hospital, Springfield, at the age of 87.

Mrs. Meteer was born June 7, 1885 at Selma, Kansas, the daughter of William Edward and Mary Ann Graham Johnson. She was a member of the Indian Point Presbyterian Church and the DAR.

Surviving are one son, Wilbur of Athens; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 1 at Mott and Henning Funeral Home, Athens, conducted by Rev. Peter Funch. Burial was in Indian Point Cemetery near Athens.


PRIMM, Harry M.

Petersburg (Illinois) Observer - 10 April 1975

Harry M. Primm is dead at 88

Harry M. Primm, a long-time resident of the Athens community, died at 10:24 Monday morning, April 7 at Sunny Acres Nursing Home east of Petersburg. He was 88 years old.

Mr. Primm is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Harriett Smith of Athens; three sons, Raymond Primm, Petersburg, N. O. Primm, Decatur, and Hershel Primm, Ednor, Md.; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Mary Graham of Lincoln; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Mott and Henning Funeral Home, Athens, and burial was in Indian Point Cemetery.
