PETERSBURG - Jess Thornton, 93, of Sunny Acres Nursing Home died at 8:10 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Medical Center.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mott and Henning Funeral Home, Athens and burial will be in Hall Cemetery.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Effie Dugan of Bismarck, N.D.; several nieces and nephews.
