Lott - Died at 10:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, 1903, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Phillip Scharf, 350 West Carpenter sreet, of senility, George Lott, aged 88 years, 5 months and 13 days.
The funeral announcement will be made later.
The decedent had lived at Athens most of his life and was well known in Sangamon county. He leaves his wife, one son, George Lott, Jr., of Athens; six daughters, Mrs. John Jordan, Mrs. John Fox, Mrs. Thomas Tabor, all living near Athens, Mrs. John Sexton of Lincoln, Mrs. Phillip Scharf of Springfield. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Lott - Died, at 1:45 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 2, 1905, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Sadie Lott, 359 West Carpenter street, of senile debility. Mrs. Rebecca Lott, aged 84 years, 11 months, 22 days.
The funeral will be held at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday morning at the residence, Rev. Charles Clayton Morrison officiating. The remains will be sent to Athens on the 12:05 Chicago, Peoria & St. Louis train, where the interment will be made in Hall cemetery.
Mrs. Lott was born in Reading, Pa., Dec. 10, 1821, and removed to Athens in 1863, where she resided until eight years ago when she came to Springfield to reside with her daughter. Her husband died two years ago. She is survived by one son, George Lott, of Athens; six daughters, Mrs. Thomas Labor, Mrs. Rachel Fox of Athens, Mrs. Harriet Jordan of Center Point, Mrs. John Sexton of Lincoln, Mrs. Rebecca Hager of Beardstown and Mrs. Sadie Scharf of this city; one brother, John Bruner of Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Amelia Lukens of Virginia state, Mrs. Rachel Dickerson of Bayliss, Ill., and Mrs. Harriett Covert of Beverley; nineteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
