AYERS, ELIZABETH HALL

State Journal Register, Springfield, Illinois, Monday, August 26, 1935

Athens, Aug. 25 - Mrs. Elizabeth Hall Ayers, of this city, died at 4 p.m. today in St. John's sanitarium, Riverton, where she had been a patient the last three years.

Decedent was a teacher in the primary grades of Athens schools a number of years ago. She is survived by her husband, Hargrave Ayers, and three children. Her mother, Mrs. Lillie Hall, resides in Athens.

Athens, Aug 26. - Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Hall Ayers, resident of this city who died yesterday, will be held at the residence at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Rev. LaVerne Taylor of Springfield will officiate and interment will be in Hall cemetery.

Athens, Aug 27. - Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Hall Ayers, wife of Hargrove Ayers, were held here this afternoon at the residence. Rev. LaVerne Taylor of Springfield officiated. Interment was in Hall cemetery.
