Thomas E. NEWELL: 
(Son of Levi and Rachel Fred Newell) Aug. 23, 1946 

Thomas E. Newell of New City community, died at 9:30 p.m., Friday, 
August 23, 1946, at the home of Bruce Snodgrass, Rochester, age 79. 
Survived by two brothers, Dennis and George, and a sister,
Mrs. Ethel Wrightnauer; all of Waltonville, and several nieces and 
nephews. Remains to Davis funeral home, Edinburg.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., (CST) Monday at the South 
Fork Christian Church, New City, Rev. W. H. Day
officiating, and burial will be in South Fork cemetery.
