Bonnie F. Newcomb
            
Bonnie F. Newcomb, 84, of Robinson died 12:30 a.m. April 21, 2005, at Crawford Memorial Hospital 
in Robinson.
            
She was a factory worker at Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Co. in Detroit, Mich.
            
Mrs. Newcomb was born Dec. 5, 1920, in Cumberland, Ky., to James Boyd and Minnie (Adkins) Riddle.  
She married Ivan J. Newcomb Aug. 23, 1936, in Cumberland, Ky.; he preceded her in death Jan. 23, 1993.
            
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.  
J. Howard Kraps will officiate.  Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Jefferson County.
            
Friends may call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
            
Mrs. Newcomb is survived by three sons, Jim Newcomb and wife Linda of Antioch, Larry Newcomb and 
special friend Cindy Haines of Robinson and Norman Newcomb and wife Dorothy of Benton, Ky.; a daughter, 
Shirley Kirk and husband Delbert of Robinson; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a brother, 
David Riddle of Detroit, Mich.; two sisters, Elma Bowdler of Mt. Vernon and Nellie Holcomb of 
Detroit, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.
            
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Creed Riddle; and four sisters, 
Thelma Caudell, twin sister Goldie Riddle, Hazel Brown and Nola Sheltry.
            
For those who wish, memorials may be made to Robinson Church of Christ and will be accepted at the 
funeral home or may be mailed to Hughey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 721, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864.
