Mary Belle Clifton Myers

Mary Belle (CLIFTON) MYERS, 90, of Mt. Vernon, died 11:30 a.m. 
August 18, 1999, at home.  She was a homemaker.  She was born July 31, 1909, 
in Benton to Joseph and Alice (SCARBROUGH) CAMPBELL.  Services will be held 
2:30 p.m. Saturday at Johnston Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with the Rev. 
Don RECTOR officiating.  Burial will be at Williams Cemetery in Mt. Vernon.  
Friends may call after noon on Saturday at Johnston Funeral Home.

She is survived by two sons, James L. CAMPBELL and wife Esther of Mt. Vernon, 
and Delbert CLIFTON and wife Lola of Mt. Vernon; three grandsons and two 
great-grandchildren.  Mrs. MYERS was a member of Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church.  
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Clyde F. CLIFTON and Charley MYERS, 
one infant son, and 12 brothers and sisters.
