William Taylor Mullinax
            
Funeral services for William Taylor Mullinax will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at 
Hopewell Church.  The Rev. Ross Partridge will officiate and burial will follow in 
the adjoining cemetery.
            
Mr. Mullinax died at 10 a.m. yesterday at his home on Route 6 at the age of 82 years, 
one month and four days.
            
The body will lie in state at Myers Chapel, where friends may call after 4 p.m. today.  
At noon tomorrow it will be moved to the church to lie in state until the funeral hour.
            
Mr. Mullinax was born Sept. 25, 1877, in Jefferson county, the son of Isaac and Jane (Ulis) Mullinax.
            
On Oct. 30, 1901, he was married to Mary Borden, who survives.
            
Other survivors include two brothers, Curt Mullinax of Mt. Vernon, and Hershel Mullinax of Peoria.
            
Mr. Mullinax was a member of the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
