Chester F. Morgan
            
Funeral services for Chester F. Morgan, who died Monday morning in the veterans hospital 
at Dwight, will be held at the Hopewell Church at two o'clock Thursday afternoon with 
Rev. Raymond Hency in charge.  Interment will be made in the Hopewell Cemetery.
            
Mr. Morgan had been ill 13 weeks.
            
He was born in Kentucky, a son of W. W. and Lucy Jane Morgan and was 47 years old.  
Thirteen years ago he was united in marriage with Martha Simpson, but she preceded him in 
death in 1932.
            
Children surviving are Paul R., Cora Pearl, Everett, Chester, and Lillie Mae, all at home.
            
Brothers and sisters are W. G. Morgan, Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Lora Lackshide, Jessie S. Lackshide, 
Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Lessie Prindle, Logan Morgan, Mt. Vernon, and Robert W. Morgan, Correctionville, Ia.
            
The body will remain at the Osborn funeral home at Dix until the funeral hour.
