Mark Allen Moore

Mark Allen Moore, 45, Mt. Vernon, passed away July 23, 2007, 
at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was born in Mt. Vernon 
on Jan. 11, 1962, the son of Mitchell and Virgie (Neal) Moore. He 
was a former employee of World Color Press. 

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Corinthian Baptist Church 
with the Rev. Ronald Lash officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon 
Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Jackson 
Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church. 

Mark is survived by his mother Virgie of Mt. Vernon; sister Janet 
(Clarence) Mays; brothers Michael Moore, Archie (DeMerial) Moore, and 
Jeffery Moore, all of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, 
aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents, 
Maxie and Bertha Moore, and maternal grandparents, Jerry and Alean Neal. 

For those who wish, memorials may be made to the Corinthian Baptist Church 
Building Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home. Services are under t
he direction of Jackson Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
