Elizabeth McIntire
            
Mrs. Elizabeth Williams, was born March 12, 1833, in Wilson county, Tenn., and died 
September 20, 1914, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. B. Osborne, in Texico. In 
March 1851, she was married to Joseph McIntire and to this union seven children were born, 
five having preceded their parents to the grave. The surviving children are Mrs. W. B. Osborne, 
of Texico, and Mrs. Hiram Smith, of Olney. She professed faith in Christ in early girlhood and 
joined the church at Hopewell and was a member there at the time of her passing on.
            
The funeral service was conducted by Rev. Wm. J. Hopper at Hopewell.
