John McDaniel

John McDANIEL
born May 18, 1855 & died April 18, 1925 

John McDaniel was born in Jefferson County, Ill., 
May 18, 1855 and died April 18, 1925 at the age of 69 
years and 11 months. 
He was married to Rosa Purdue December 5, 1875. To this 
union were born seven children: Alfred, Louise, Hattie, 
Cleveland, Laura, Jessie, and Billie. All of who are living. 
Johnnie, as he was known, spent his entire life in this vicinity, 
where he made many friends. He leaves to mourn his death a wife, 
seven children, 22 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 
three sisters, on grand child preceding him in death. 
He was buried in the Panther Fork Cemetery April 20.
