Jennie Eliza McClure

Mrs. Jennie Eliza McCLURE of Toledo, Ohio, died at 9:00 a.m. today 
at Good Samaritan Hospital, where she had been in critical condition 
for the past three weeks.  She was 63 years, 5 months, and 26 days of age.  
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Pulley 
Funeral Home.  The Rev. Ace SUMMERS will officiate and burial will be in 
Bethel Memorial Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Pulley Funeral Home after 
3:00 p.m. Saturday.
 
Mrs. McCLURE was born March 11, 1893 in Hamilton County, the daughter of 
Lafayette and Sarah L. (STELLE) COOK.  In February, 1918, she was married 
to Richard E. McCLURE who survives.  She was a member of Sugar Camp Baptist 
Church.  Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Kathryn McCLURE 
of Mt. Vernon, and Inez MARSHALL and Mildred ELLIS of Washington, D.C.; 4 grandchildren; 
two brothers, Charles L. COOK of Mt. Vernon and T. Noel COOK of Pinckneyville; and a 
sister, Elsie WYATT of Rockford, Ill.
