Patsy A. McAdoo, 54, Route 1, Bonnie, died at 6:30 a.m. Sept 2, 1992, at 
Good Samaritan Regional Health Center.

Mrs. McAdoo was born Nov. 21, 1937, in Jefferson County, a daughter of 
James Norris and Carrie (Shelton) Baker.  June 4, 1957, in Mt. Vernon, 
she married Gary N. McAdoo who survives.

Services will be 1 p.m. Friday Hughey Funeral Home with Grant Hawkins officiating.  
Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hughey Funeral Home.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. McAdoo is survived by her mother of Bonnie; 
one son, James Quint McAdoo of Bonnie; one daughter, Peggy Sue McAdoo of Bonnie; 
two sisters, Betty Wells and husband, Gene, of Waltonville and Marilyn Irvin and 
husband, Bob, of Bonnie; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. McAdoo was a member of Elk Prairie Christian Church and the Mary V. Order of 
Eastern Star 747 at Sesser.  She was a volunteer emergency medical technician for 
the Waltonville Fire Department.

She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.

Memorials may be made to the Good Samaritan Regional Health Center Hospice program 
and will be accepted at the funeral home at any time.
