Gussie Pace Manning

Miss Gussie Pace Manning Is Dead; Burial In Mt. Vernon 

Mrs. Gussie Pace Manning, a former resident of Mt. Vernon, died 
yesterday in Chattanooga, Tennessee where she resided. She was 
93 years, three months and 13 days of age. 

Graveside services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakwood 
cemetery in Mt. Vernon, with the Rev. Dale Harmon officiating. 

Mrs. Manning was born September 30, 1866, the daughter of John H. 
and Rachel (Cressie) Pace. She was the widow of William Manning. 

Survivors include a son, Robert P. Manning of Chattanooga; a 
daughter, Margaret Manning Hunt of Chattanooga; six grandchildren and 
11 great grandchildren.
