Jesse T. Jones, War I Vet, Dies

Jesse T. Jones, colored, a veteran of World War I, died at 6:15 p. m. Tuesday 
at his home, 522 south 13th street. His age was 59 years, 11 months and 18 days. 
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p. m. at the Corinthian Baptist church, 
with the Rev. J. H. Rhodes officiating, and burial will be in Bethel Memorial cemetery. 

Mr. Jones is survived by three brothers, George of Hickman, Ky., Curtis Bradford of 
Flint, Mich., and Andrew Bradford of Mt. Vernon and two sisters. Mrs. Cora Bradford of 
Evansville, Ind., and Mrs. Pearl Bradford of St. Louis.
