Collista  Cochrane
                                                                                              
Collista COCHRANE, daughter of John & Margaret COCHRANE was born 
September 7, 1861. She married Theodore LEMKE January 7, 1882.  
To this union was born 8 children, 5 sons and 3 daughters, 3 of 
them are dead and 5 living.

She professed faith in Christ and joined the Primitive Church Saturday 
before the third Sunday in December, 1894 and was baptized by 
Elder Elijah TITTLE, Moderator.

She died November 11th, 1913, age 52y2m4d. She leaves a loving husband, 
three sons, two daughters, four grandchildren and a host of relatives and 
friends to mourn her loss.

The funeral was preached at the St. Elmo Church November 12, 1913, at 
1:00 o'clock p.m., by Elder W. A. FISH of Benton, Ill. Interment at 
the family cemetery.

The husband and children thank all neighbors and friends who assisted 
during the sickness and death of our wife and mother.
